Share the Power of a Wish - Build a Circle of Joy Through a Corporate Partnership

The Power of a Wish is in the joy it brings to everyone - both those who give the wish as well as the child who receives the wish. Many individuals, grateful for their own blessings, have sponsored a wish for a Wish Child less fortunate than their own.

A circle of joy is built when others join with you in adopting a wish. Large companies and small businesses are also wish sponsors. These wishes are adopted in celebration of a holiday or a corporate milestone, in recognition of a client or a co-worker or for many other reasons. A circle of joy is built when the experience of adopting a wish is shared by everyone - the customer or client; as well as management, employees and suppliers. Whether it is a management/employee challenge giving or a company-hosted golf tournament or barbecue, everyone who participates helps make the wish come true and, in turn, experiences the Power of a Wish.

The Power of a Wish can be experienced by any company.
Make-A-Wish® works closely with our Wish Partners in order to make the experience of adopting a wish very personal and easy. We share with sponsors information about their Wish Child and the wish support by their corporate contribution. Pictures and personal notes from the Wish Child and/or a family member may also be sent to them.

In addition, the Foundation may provide letters and forms needed to make the giving process simple. A company can help fulfill the wish in the way that works best for them. We work closely with those hoping to sponsor a wish to develop fundraising opportunities that will support their gift. Depending on the fundraising event, Make-A-Wish may support these activities with collateral materials and an incentive program.
